Who is Zenithron designed for?
Businesses that maintain, repair or inspect equipment at customer sites and need a reliable record of each visit: building services, refrigeration, lifts and doors, medical and laboratory equipment, machinery and production lines.
How do we get started?
Request your free 14-day trial by email. We will agree the setup with you before your workspace is created. The help centre explains how to import your customer and equipment lists by CSV and set up roles for your team. Self-service signup is not available yet.
Does every team member need their own account?
Yes. Each person signs in with their own account and role, so every action in the record shows who did it. Two administration-only users are included in every plan.
Can technicians use a tablet or phone?
The web application works in tablet and laptop browsers today, including check-in, reports and signatures on site. Native apps for technicians are in development.
Does Zenithron connect to SAP?
Integration with SAP is available on request and configured for your organisation as part of an Enterprise engagement.
