How do we get started?
Request your free 14-day trial by email. We will agree the setup with you before your workspace is created. The help centre explains how to import your customer and equipment lists by CSV and set up roles for your team. Contact our team by email to arrange your workspace.
Does every team member need their own account?
Yes. Each person signs in with their own account and role, so every action in the record shows who did it. Two administration-only users are included in every plan.
Can technicians use a tablet or phone?
The web application works in tablet and laptop browsers today, including check-in, reports and signatures on site. The current application requires an internet connection.
Does Zenithron connect to SAP?
Discuss your SAP edition, data mappings and integration requirements with us as part of an individually scoped Enterprise assessment. Availability is agreed for your organization before use.
